The future of our energy grid is being reshaped by renewable integration, long-distance DC distribution, and the need for highly reliable, efficient, and compact SiC-based converters.

That’s why SiC4GRID, together with its SiCsters projects AdvanSiC and For2enSiCs, Future Oriented Renewable and Reliable Energy SIC Solutions, is co-organising with ECPE European Center for Power Electronics, a Hybrid Workshop on Ultra-High-Voltage Power Electronics, taking place on 12-13 November 2025 in Lyon, France (and online).

Over two days, experts from research and industry will share the latest breakthroughs in SiC devices, converter topologies, packaging, and reliability, with applications spanning MVDC grids, renewable energy integration, transport corridors, and more.
